Reservation FAQs

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

Every service we offer is by reservation only. However, if something comes up and you need to bring your dog same day, just give us a call to find out our availability!

HOW DO I KNOW MY DOG IS SCHEDULED?

You can easily check your schedule in the Dog Dayze app. We will also send a confirmation email to confirm reservations of any type! If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder as some of our emails seem to end up there. If you cannot see the reservation on your app and do not have a confirmation email, please give us a call and we can confirm for you!

CAN I SEE MY DOG IN ACTION?

Check your account on the Dog Dayze app! We send pupdate pictures directly to you and you will even get a notification when your pup is featured in a picture! We also post pictures and videos on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok! You can find us on all socials at @dogdayzeLLC! We do not have live cameras available to our clients.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE THE APP?

No worries! While we prefer the majority of our clients download our app, we understand that may not be feasible for some. Feel free to drop by in person during our normal operating hours and we will be happy to assist you!
