We are located at 81 Miller Dr, North Aurora, IL 60542.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Monday through Friday:
6:30am – 11:00am
2:00pm – 6:30pm
Saturday & Sunday:
8:00am – 11:00am
2:00pm – 5:30pm
Please note that we are closed daily from 11:00am to 2:00pm for our nap and outside time of the day.
ARE YOUR SERVICES AND PRICING THE SAME AT BOTH LOCATIONS?
Yes, our services and pricing are the same at both locations! If anything differs, we will note that on our website.
MY DOG IS CURRENTLY A CLIENT AT ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS. CAN WE BOOK AT THE OTHER LOCATION, OR DO WE NEED TO COMPLETE ANOTHER ASSESSMENT?
Yes, you can book at both locations! You can easily switch between both locations on the Dog Dayze app. Your dog will not need to go through another assessment, however, please communicate with management staff of your desire to head to another location. Notes and previous reservation/payment history show location by location, not across the board. We will make sure the proper information gets input!
WHAT ARE YOUR GROOMING HOURS?
Our grooming hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY RESERVATION?
Since we opened more recently, we are able to accept last minute reservations and walk-in appointments. If you are booking for a holiday or peak time boarding, we recommend getting those reservations in at least a month in advance to ensure we have availability.
CAN I TOUR YOUR FACILITY?
Yes! Please stop by any time during our operating hours for a tour! We recommend leaving your pup at home.
WHEN IS CHECK OUT FOR BOARDING?
Boarding check out is by 10am on the day of pickup! You are welcome to pick your pup up later, however, you will accrue an additional $35 daycare charge.
CAN YOU DROP-OFF/PICKUP ON THE WEEKENDS?
Yes! We are open seven days a week for drop-offs and pick ups. Be sure to stay in the know on our social media (@dogdayzenorthaurora) for any holiday closures that may affect drop-off/pickup.
